Step-by-step: how to create & customize your item

Pick your item. From the Create Custom Shirts menu, choose a Custom T-Shirt, Custom Business Polo, or Custom Hoodie.
Choose your options. Select your size and color.
Add your design. Upload your artwork, then position and resize it on the live preview until it looks just right.
Preview it. Check the on-screen preview to confirm the placement and scale.
Add to cart & check out. Complete your order and payment as usual.
Approve your proof. We'll email you a proof. Reply to approve it — or request changes — before anything is printed.
We print & ship. Once you approve, we print your design on premium DTF and ship it straight to you.

Artwork tips for the best print

Upload a PNG with a transparent background whenever possible.
Use 300 DPI resolution, sized true to how large you want it printed.
Accepted files: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG.
Low-resolution images may print blurry — we'll flag it on your proof if we spot an issue.

Do I get to see my design before it's printed?

Yes. After you order, we email you a proof for your approval. We only print once you've approved it.

What file types can I upload?

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG. A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI gives the best results.

Can I change my design after ordering?

Yes — while it's still in the proof stage. Just reply to your proof email with any changes before you approve it.

How long does it take?

Production begins as soon as you approve your proof, and then your order ships to you. Reach out anytime and we'll give you a time estimate for your specific order.

Are custom items refundable?

Because each item is made just for you, custom-designed products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once your proof is approved. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
